I counsel clinical mental health clients located in the state of Vermont. Currenly I provide services via secure online telehealth video only.

I work with relationship coaching clients around the world for individual clients. (I don’t offer couples counseling.) My primary language is English, and I’m based in Eastern Time Zone (EST), available Monday through Friday. Please let me know what time zone you live in and what times/days of the week are best for you.

Rates:

Clinical mental health counseling is $130 per hour and meet weekly for therapeutic benefit. Please see my Psychology Today profile for more details. I accept Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Medicaid, and MVP Healthcare for mental health counseling. Individual sessions are 50-55 minutes.

Coaching programs often meet weekly and program length can vary according to individual needs. Coaching rate is $100 per hour (50-55 minutes is the length for each 1:1 session).
