About

in Hello!  My name is (K.) Hannah Caterino — I go by my middle name Hannah. Kimberly Hannah LLC is my business and service to those who seek healing and transformation.

Clinical mental health counselors may not mention grace, but I do. It’s what we strive to give ourselves in the journey towards wellness, healing, peace, and joy.

“Grace” has several definitions, but it usually connotes divinity, mystery, and goodness.  True healing occurs deep within, whether it is self-fostered, guided externally, or a combination.  My mission as an external guide is to facilitate your healing. I intend for my inner grace to uphold yours.  Please visit my blog and/or join my mailing list for my monthly discoveries of grace.

I’m based in Burlington, Vermont, USA, and I serve clinical mental health clients in-person and online in Vermont (U.S.) and relationship coaching clients in any location online via video or by phone.

I know the value of tribe. As an equity-conscious student of West African dance and drum under master artists for more than 20 years, I know the gifts of tribe, ceremony, initiation, and belonging.  Human connection is irreplaceable, as the pandemic has taught.

I’m twice certified under contemporary writer, teacher, and wise woman Katherine Woodward Thomas.  She is an experienced self-healer turned psychotherapist turned cultural creative.  Her training programs are comprehensive and life-changing– I’m now training to be a mental health counselor.

I viscerally know that wellness and holistic restoration are more often achieved synergistically (body, mind, heart, spirit, tribe).  I’m a lifelong learner and may never stop learning new ways to support myself and clients.

My current credentials (yes I’m a book geek):

  • Master of Science (M.S.) Clinical Mental Health Counseling – University of Vermont
  • Master of Education (M.Ed.) Curriculum and Instruction – University of Vermont
  • Master of Arts (M.A.) English – University of Vermont
  • Certified Conscious Uncoupling Coach – Katherine Woodward Thomas, MFT
  • Certified Calling in the One Coach – Katherine Woodward Thomas, MFT

As a former public-school teacher and college instructor, I welcome people of all ages, faiths, identities, and orientations. “Conscious Uncoupling coaching sessions with Hannah were invaluable. I was able to get clarity about my past relationship and feel good about myself, providing much needed strength for the future. Hannah was always a great listener and a compassionate presence. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to deepen their understanding of themselves and heal from past relationships in order to clear a path for a positive future.”
— S.S. (Zefat, Israel)

“Going through the Conscious Uncoupling process with Hannah was a real gift. Hannah’s ability to relate and make me feel really understood made me feel so comfortable to open up and share my story. I really felt she was fully there for me and helped me make connections that really helped me understand myself, and helped me moving forward.”

— F.L. (Melbourne, Australia)

The conversations we had together were uplifting and cathartic to finally say out loud. Hannah made it possible to understand your relationship with your mother in a mature and loving way.”

–S.B. (New York, NY)

“Hannah was an invaluable part of my uncoupling process and I would absolutely recommend her to anyone who is looking to end their marriage in a gracious and dignified manner. There were times during my uncoupling when I was having to navigate situations that were completely foreign to me and she allowed me to speak about my fears and then worked with me to conquer them. Uncoupling from a spouse can create some dark and sad moments in your life, but the weekly meetings that I had with Hannah ensured that I stayed on track and more importantly had an outlet to speak about my feelings in a safe space so that I was able to continue to show up for the other important relationships in my life, as well as graduate school, work, and more. I already knew this while I was working with Hannah, but especially now that I am on the other side of the counseling and have ended my marriage, I can say that working with Hannah is the single best decision I made for myself during this time in my life.”
